Since 1995, éS has been at the forefront of high-performance skateboarding, propelling the design of skate footwear and apparel into a highly athletic and technically advanced realm, while remaining culturally relevant. I played an integral part in developing the brand’s identity by hand picking a team of talented individuals to strengthen it's product offering and enhance the brand’s perception in the marketplace. In addition to cutting edge marketing and product strategies, eS was the first action sports brand to have it’s own blog that featured RSS feeds for news and events and also allowed fans of the brand to interact and develop a community through comments and social media tagging. The team I lead at eS was a success in its synergistic communication between all departments within the brand.
